Job Description
*Job Description:*
Main Function:
Responsible for preparation of daily forecast, managing, checking, reconciling, and recording
of inventories. PPE transactions and lapsing schedules and assisting team members to do
various records and reports.
*Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:*
1. Handle Property Plant and Equipment transactions and monitor depreciation.
2. Encodes daily transaction of Receiving Report of raw materials, packing materials
received from various suppliers. Checks quantity/ unit price against sales invoice.
3. Prepares inventory reports of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
4. In- charge of the release of checks to various suppliers.
5. Assists in monthly inventory of RM/WIP/FG.
6. Encodes Daily Attendance (BIG and Agency) for computation of daily labor costs.
7. Checks/prepares entry for liquidation of cash advances.
8. Filing of various related documents.
*Job Requirements/ Qualifications:*
BS Accountancy Graduate
At least 1 year work experience
With analytical skills
Hardworking, with good attitude and willing to learn new things.
