Job Description

QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
Proven work experience as an F&B Manager or in a related capacity
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Strong leadership skills
Flexibility to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and Holidays.
Can start ASAP.
Willing to work in Silang, Cavite.

JOB DESCRITION
1. Develops an operating budget for all the outlets; after approval, monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to assure that the budget’s sales and cost goals are attained.
2. Determines F&B requirements to meet goals and objectives and submits request to the President with additional information as requested to support the budget.
3. Complies with both the Payroll Control Process and the purchasing process to ensure that expenses are within budgeted guidelines.
4. Ensures all Standard Operating Procedures for sales and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
5. Reviews cost, expenses, pricing and trends in F&B Operations and takes action to maximize the profitability of all operations.
6. Initiates and aids in the development of new menus. Continuously reviews and approves merchandising appeal, food costs and pricing structures for all F&B outlets (including tee houses and banquets).
7. Coordinates with the Cost Control and Purchasing Office to establish and maintain inventories at minimum levels without jeopardizing availability of F&B items.
8. Makes recommendation about pricing structure of all beverages so that they are competitive with the competitors and at the same time, permits the forecasted F&B costs to be achieved.
9. Sets up proper, clear and functional F&B Administrative System.
10. Takes active part in establishing yearly furniture's, fixtures and equipment's and makes recommendations whenever appropriate.
11. Monitors day to day operation of the department to ensure compliance with club rules, policies and procedures, as well as successful achievement of club product and service standards.
12. Researches and evaluates the latest development in Food and Beverage service. Makes recommendations to keep the club up to date.
13. Establishes and maintains an orderly communication system to maximize efficiency and member satisfaction for all functions and activities involving foods and beverages.
14. Implements effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff.
15. Ensures that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
16. Performs related tasked that may be assigned by the Assistant General Manager, General Manager/Vice President and President.
