Macrologic Diversified Technologies Inc. is in need of a Technical Support Staff direct hire job location in Bacoor City, Cavite.

As a Technical Support Staff, your main responsibility is to monitor and report on the performance of the data center infrastructure. This includes monitoring network performance, providing maintenance support services, and being available for on-call support 24x7, including holidays and special occasions. You will also be responsible for conducting remote or onsite network-related diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Additionally, you will be required to perform basic troubleshooting of existing MIaaS systems.

Equipment and training will be provided.

Work schedule: Shifting (Monday-Friday)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Experience in the same field is an advantage
- With knowledge in network and security products, server, storage, backup and virtualization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to work onsite in Bacoor City, Cavite.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
