TECHNICAL ENGINEER - NAGA CITY

Macrologic Diversified Technologies Inc., an IT company with cutting-edge capabilities across primary industries, is looking for talented and skilled professionals who may want to build their careers with us.

Macrologic Diversified Technologies Inc. is in need of a Technical Engineer direct hire job location in Naga City, Camarines Sur.

As a Technical Engineer, your main responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service on a daily basis. This includes diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues related to servers, storage, backup, virtualization, network, and security services. You will be expected to handle software/hardware failures, configuration changes, software upgrades, and device replacements. Additionally, you will have to perform proof of concept testing and present products under the branch support team. Another crucial part of your job will be to prepare and manage budgets for different projects.

Equipment and training will be provided.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field.
- With experience in Clustered VMWare Data Center Virtualization and Hyper-converged infrastructure.
- With experience in server, storage, backup, and virtualization.
- Technical training and certification in Network and Security products and technology is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
