Job Description

Talent Outsourcing Channel is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will strive to deliver a positive and personalized customer experience with each interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset. You should be able to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive and customer-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
