We are seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers through written communication channels, ensuring a positive experience and efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, live chat, social media, or ticketing systems.
-Provide accurate and detailed information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance tailored to individual customer needs.
-Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach in all written communications.
-Document interactions and transactions accurately, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate matters as necessary.
