Job Description

Receptionists have administrative and customer service responsibilities that are vital to many workplaces. The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to guests and to ensure their overall satisfaction while enjoying the amenities provided. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests that will be handling their inquiries, requests, bookings, and other concerns. The Receptionists shall also inform guests regarding the policies, procedures, and rules to be followed while inside the building premises.
Qualifications:
-Male/Female with pleasing personality
-Graduate of BS Tourism/HRM
-Proven experience as Front Desk representative, agent or relevant
-Knowledgeable in Office Management
-Proficient in English both oral and written
-Excellent Knowledge in MS Office
-Strong communication and people skills
-Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
-Customer Service oriented
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
