Job Description
● Ensures rooming assignments are prepared for all guests prior to arrival, with respect to room preferences and availability.
● Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/ service procedure standards.
● Anticipate guests' needs, maintaining positive relations in resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
● Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
● Ensure that current information on rates, packages and promotions is available at the Front Desk and Reservations and that all staff are knowledgeable on such.
● Promotes and monitors up sells.
● Oversee and ensure that all Front Office Midnight Reports are done accurately and distributed on a timely basis.
● Monitor the check-in/check-out process; anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate in Hotel or Tourism and Hospitality Management or related course
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of hotel management systems
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
