Senior Fund Administrator

Job Description:
• Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling
our CFO services. Some of the strategic support that we provide includes:
o Capital calls and distributions
o Audit/tax support
o Pre/post close services
o Quarterly and annual financials
o Limited Partner communications
• Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by helping
them utilize our tools and resources such as:
o Real-time IRR
o Real-time portfolio data
• Provide additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)

Requirements
• You have 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• You have over a year of closed-end fund accounting experience
• You have an accounting or finance degree
• You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
• You have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions
versus escalate them
• You’re interested in providing best-in-class-service
• You communicate information in a timely, appropriate and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders and
are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
• You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration. Have
experience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.
• You have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
• You’re interested in working on projects in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and as an
individual
• You have experience mentoring/coaching junior accountant
