Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Human Resource Management or any related courses.
2. With At least 6 months experience handling HR facets: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Timekeeping and Labor Relations
3. Knowledgeable on DOLE Reports and Processes
4. Willing to work onsite, Mondays to Saturdays
5. Amenable to work in Malabon City
6. Willing to start immediately

Job Description:

1. Recruitment
2. Payroll
- Accurate and Timely preparation of Payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
- Leave Credits Availment Monitoring - 13th-month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees
- Salary Loan deduction and other charges/deductions monitoring
3. Employee Relations
- Handles corrective action process based on the Company Policy
- Documentation of all the action made for every Incident report received - Conducts exit interviews to separating employees
4. Timekeeping
- Accuracy (with zero audit findings and complaints)
- Familiarity in the labor standards and computation.
