Job Description
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8-hour Shift
BENEFITS: ₱20,000 - ₱30,000 + Overtime Pay + 13th month Salary + Health Insurance + Promotion Opportunities
- Must be 40 years old or below
- Willing to START ASAP
- Amenable to report to QUEZON CITY
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Designing
- Background in Architecture or Engineering
- 1- 2 years of work experience in the field
- In-depth understanding of Architectural Specifications Writing
- Has previously made sets of Architectural Specifications for multiple projects in Master Format
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Revit
- Knowledge of Space Planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment demonstrated attention to detail strong creativity and passion for design
- Willing to work as a part of a Team
