We are looking for a Draftsman or Estimator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in determining project costs, timelines, and resource needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing accurate financial analyses and ensuring the successful execution of projects within budgetary constraints.

Salary Offer: P20,000 - 30,000

Job Description:
1. Drafting:
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Translate rough sketches, specifications, and other data into accurate and detailed drawings.
- Ensure that drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and revise drawings as needed.
2. Estimating:
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Quantify materials, labor, and other resources required for construction based on project plans and specifications.
- Research and gather data on material and labor costs, equipment rental rates, and other factors affecting project costs.
- Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and bids to clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accuracy and profitability.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify project requirements and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and quotes.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials and subcontractor services at competitive prices.
- Participate in meetings, site visits, and inspections as needed to support project planning and execution.
4. Technical Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
- Apply technical expertise to solve drafting and estimating challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in drafting and estimating processes.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, estimates, and other project documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use and client review.
- Ensure that all drawings and estimates comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.
6. Site Survey:
- Conduct on-site surveys to collect accurate measurements, dimensions, and other relevant data.
- Document existing site conditions, including topography, utilities, and structures.
- Identify potential challenges, constraints, and opportunities that may impact project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers and field personnel to schedule and prioritize site surveys as needed.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BS. Architecture or BS Civil/Mech/Elect.Engineering
- Knows how to use AutoCAD / Revit, Sketchup/Twinmotion/Enscape/Lumion/Vray, MS OFFICE (Excel), Planswift, and Primavera
- Previous experience related to project estimating or project engineering
- Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
- Experience in cost estimation or related field = 1 year

License/Certification:
- Certification such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Associate Estimating Professional (AEP)
