Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Technology major in Drafting, Architecture or any related course
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Sketch Up, AutoCAD (Space Plan), Vray Rendering, Photoshop
Knows how to read and draw floor plan with dimensions
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.
Responsible for creating and updating layouts of a specific space using CAD software.
Draft or encode the proposed design based on customer's specifications.
Preparation of design, shop as-built drawings as required.
Visiting sites
Perform design reviews and offer feedback on design improvements and optimizations.
