Job Description
SME Logistics Supervisor Level / With 30k Signing Bonus
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: With a focus on quality and efficiency, executes one or more of the following tasks in accordance with office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs): creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, invoicing, updating financials, generating carrier payments rejecting orders, cancelling orders, updating and resolving events, booking loads, bouncing loads and executing load builder profiles. Monitors task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.
Qualifications:
Work Background/Experience in General: Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience
Open to undergraduate with relevant work experience
At least 6 months to 1 year work experience
