Job Description
Responsible for processing of 8106, 8105, EZTS, Gloa & Sub Loa, and its dcumentations
Checks the accuracy of data on invoice and packing list, PEZA documents prior sending to delivery to ensure smooth processing of the delivery
Source out and negotiate with suppliers the materials/consumables request of each department
Create and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course or any related curse
1yr experience in purchasing and import/export operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade practices.
With knowledge and experience of PEZA/BOC processing and documentation
Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
