Job Description

Substantial experience in Triangular Shipment, PEZA permits, license processing, logistics, and warehousing
Supervises the movement of products/equipment/material in and or out of the country by the organization's policy and procedure and comply with relevant local and international laws and processes.
Supervises necessary documentation and online permit applications such as PDEA, PEZA, etc. for cost-efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
Supervises and controls shipment scheduling for cost and efficient inbound and outbound expenditure.
Plans and implements Import and Export strategy and activities consistent with the overall aims and requirements of the organization.
Checks and analyzes data in terms of logistics target and product life cycle.
Keep abreast of all relevant Import and Export laws and procedures including duties and licenses and restrictions.
Search and recommends potential logistic providers that can provide reasonable cost.
Ensures that all government reportorial activities are complied with.
Ensures that incoming shipments and deliveries are properly received, documented, kept, and organized.
Performs other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and other Allied courses
With at least three years of equivalent experience preferably in a manufacturing set-up specializing production planning, logistics/supply chain.
Knowledgeable in PEZA and Bureau of Customs Regulations
Preferably with working knowledge in SAP system or ERP system
Proficient in communication skills both written and oral
Experience working in the Medical Manufacturing Industry is a big PLUS.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
