Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱18,500 - ₱27,000
AGE LIMIT: Maximum 35 years of age
- Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources and/or Psychology
- With at least 2- 3 years of work experience in Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organizational Development
- Preferably with experience in conceptualizing and implementing projects
- Preferably with performance management experience
- Basic to intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Offices
- Good Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and Critical Thinker
- Optimistic and can thrive in ambiguities
- Data-driven and highly accurate
