Job Description
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other relevant degree
- Strong executive presence
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- High integrity and ability to build trusting relationship
- With at least 3-5 years of work related experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with legal and social obligation
- Enhance employee’s productivity and quality by promoting individual growth and development.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating to
employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
- Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
