Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries.
Required Skills:
• Completed at least 2 years in College or High School Graduate with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience.
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
