Job Description
-involves assisting players with inquiries, resolving issues and providing a positive experience, ensuring that gamers enjoy a smooth and enjoyable time on the platform.
In this role you could:
answer customers questions with a professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email
fix all customer queries and questions in a timely manner
talk to other departments within the company to solve customer queries
handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor
add customer information onto a computer
remain up to date with industry rules and procedures
You'll need:
customer service skills
to be thorough and pay attention to detail
