Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Mandaluyong City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- At least 10 years of equivalent work experience in Business Development, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing; At least 5 years of which is on people management role
- Experience in Engineering or Construction Industry is preferred
- Intermediate level of PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A self-starter who does not require close supervision
- Ability to work with large data, ability analyze and present data
- Strong leadership and management abilities; must be able to think strategically
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and being part of a team
- Planning and executing short- and long-term projects
- Strong time management and negotiation skills and ability to handle competing
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Must have a strong ability to communicate clear, consistent messages via email with clients and internal
