Legal Manager - Makati - Maritime Industry

WORK LOCATION: Makati City
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Probationary
SALARY RANGE: ₱ 40,000 - ₱ 60,000

- Must be a Graduate of a Business or Industry Course/s
- Must have an experience in Crew Management, Crew Case Handling including Admin Cases
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a professional license, or specialized training, or a more thorough knowledge of a technical field of the practices, procedures, and/or approaches of a professional field
- May require knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to determine a course of action
- Must have solid background and knowledge on business/industry, with in-depth understanding of its strategies and operations
- Strong leadership, management, communication skills, and negotiation skills

- The role operates on a highly regulated environment. As such, compliance to relevant maritime laws and regulations (both local and international) is highly expected. Thus, incumbent should have the necessary knowledge to put these regulations into practice.
- Responsible for the facilitation and decision-making on legal issues concerning crew repatriation, sickness, injury or death, as well as other legal incidents for the clients
- To assist Crew Operations in effectively and efficiently managing and addressing legal cases, inquiries, and concerns of its stakeholders
- Performs other functions or participates in ad-hoc projects as may be assigned from time to time
