Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Degree in BS Tourism, Hotel Management, or related course
- Experience in Property Management, preferably Residential and Hotel
- With 1-2 years of experience as Building Admin or Hotel and Property Management
- Preferably with Safety Officer Training Certificate
- With pleasing personality
- Can supervise and lead multiple properties
- Strong organizational skills
- Can work under less or minimum supervision
- Supervises operations in all hotel departments
- In-charge of managing and facilitating hotel rooms, residential unit leasing, and commercial areas of the property
- Ensures that the handled property/s achieve the target by the management while ensuring the highest standards are being met
