Sales Manager / Makati City / Mon - Sat / Php 30 Php 40k / Urgent

REQUIREMENTS:

● Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
● At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
● Critical thinker; above average selling skills.

KEY ROLES:
● Will sell hotel, restaurant, food chains, convenience stores beverage and food equipment.
● Can establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quota.
● Reviews progress of Sales roles throughout the Company.
● Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
● Can develop field Sales action plans.
● Formulates all Sales policies, practices and procedures.
● Assists Sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision makers.
● Educates Sales Team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales report, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

LOCATION: Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City
SALARY: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 (for discussion)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
