Job Description
Schedule: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Salary: 25,000.00-30,000.00
QUALIFICATION
• Experience in property management preferably Residential and Hotel.
• Degree in BS Tourism, Hotel Management or related course
• With 1-2 years of experience as Building Admin or Hotel and Property Management
• Preferably with Safety Officer Training Certificate
• With pleasing personality
• Can supervise and lead multiple properties.
• Strong organizational skills
• Can work under less or minimum supervision
Responsibility
Building Manager supervises operations in all hotel
departments. In-charge of managing and facilitating hotel rooms, residential unit leasing and commercial areas of the property. Ensures that the handled property/s achieve the target by the management while ensuring the highest standards are being met.
