Job Description
2. Monitors and check the quality (size, shape, weight and other measurements) of tubulars or pipes being produced and report to quality control.
3. Check FRL Unit and Air hose Leak
4. Cleans metal chip in cutter clamp.
5. Replacing cutter blade every 2 hours.
6. Double checks metal materials before and after the process of change of blade.
7. Regularly Removing Metal Powder in the cutting area.
8. In charge of flattening metals and clean cutting procedures.
9. Responsible for draining water in the air tank before and after operation.
10. Cleans area before and after work.
11. Reports to assistant supervisor/supervisor if machines need maintenance.
12. Reports everyday work to assistant supervisor
13. Assist in maintenance of the cutter machine.
