Job Description:
1. Cashier/Audit Staff: Manpower needed: 1
Main Duties:
* Cash Handling – Receive, manage, and disburse cash payments for company expenses, including petty cash and payroll (if applicable)
*Bank Transactions – Deposit company funds, process withdrawals, and manage check transactions.
*Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate cash flow records, receipts, invoices, and payment logs.
*Petty Cash Management – Disburse and track small operational expenses and ensure proper documentation.
*Expense Verification – Check expense claims, invoices, and disbursements to confirm legitimacy.
*Fraud Detection – Identify irregularities, discrepancies, or potential fraudulent activities.
*Billing and collection - must be willing to do counter checking of receipts and collect payments.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a cashier is a must
- Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering
- Willing to work 12 hours a day, dayshift only
- Willing to work ASAP.
2. Switchgear operator: Manpower needed: 5
Main Duties:
· Operating Electrical Switchgear & Power Distribution – Control and monitor switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution panels. Ensure continuous and stable power supply to machineries.
· Electrical System Monitoring and Reporting – Identify and respond to electrical faults, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations that could impact production. Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues.
· Ensuring Safety & Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, including procedures when servicing electrical equipment.
Qualifications:
*Education
· High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
· Associate degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field (preferred)
*Skills & Knowledge
· Solid working experience of at least 1 year, including operating turret, bender, and busbar machineries.
· Familiarity with operating circuit breakers, transformers, relays, control panels and understanding of electrical distribution systems, including medium- and high-voltage type.
· Ability to operate and maintain switchgear machinery.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
3. Engineering and Maintenance Staff: Manpower needed: 2
Main Duties:
· Maintenance & Repair – Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery, and conduct repairs or replacements of defective parts to minimize downtime.
· Safety & Compliance – Comply with industry standards and company policies regarding mechanical systems.
· Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians. Report issues, progress, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
*Education
· Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
*Skills and Knowledge
Years of experience in mechanical machine maintenance and repair is required.
· Machine installation, repair, and maintenance.
· Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
· Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Teamwork and communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Construction and Fleet Purchaser: Manpower needed: 2
Main Duties:
· Identifying & Resolving Issues – Addressing problems with incorrect, defective, or delayed vehicle parts.
· Supplier Dispute Resolution – Communicating with supplier to resolve discrepancies in orders, damaged goods, or warranty claims.
· Emergency Procurement – Finding alternative sources when there are shortages, backorders, or urgent needs.
· Cost Recovery & Returns – Help in managing returns, refunds, or credits for faulty or incorrect parts.
· Supply Chain Troubleshooting – Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the parts supply process.
· Inventory Verification – verifying if replacement parts are stocked and available.
Qualifications:
*Education
· Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
*Skills & Knowledge
· Experience in fleet parts’ purchasing (typically 2+ years)
· Background in supplier negotiation and understanding of vehicle parts, components, and maintenance needs
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier and parts’ requests
· Attention to detail and accuracy in ordering and inventory tracking
· Problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues and urgent part needs

5. Finance Officer: Manpower needed: 2
Main Duties:
Financial Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
• Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Payroll & Employee Compensation
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
• Ensure proper calculation and remittance of employee benefits and deductions.
• Maintain employee financial records securely.
Liaison with Stakeholders
• Work closely with suppliers, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Negotiate financial terms with vendors and service providers.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not required
• Professional certification is recommended but not required
• Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Quality Control/Quality Assurance Staff: Manpower needed: 1
Main Duties:
• Inspection & Testing: Examine materials, components, and final products to identify defects.
• Product Verification: Ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Defect Identification & Correction: Identify and address quality issues before products reach customers.
• Compliance Checking: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
*Education
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred for specialized industries, e.g., engineering, industrial technology, or quality management)
*Skills and Knowledge
• At least minimum of 1 year experience in QA/QC inspection.
• With auditing or product compliance experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, Product Quality Standard).
• Proficiency in measuring tools & equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail for defect identification and quality verification.
• Problem-solving skills to address defects or inconsistencies.
• Communication skills to document findings and report to teams.
