Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the team to become future-ready through organizational design, training,

and culture.

• Apply creative recruitment strategies to find the right-fit candidates for roles

• Implement proper on-boarding of new-hires

• Implement Performance management program and programs for rewards and

recognition program, growth and improvement; set up and track relevant metrics

and KPIs and use them to drive business results

• Develop, plan, and roll out learning and development trainings

• Implement Employee separation and off-boarding procedures

• Build, instill and promote company values, a strong culture, and a unified vision

• Coach, guide, empower and encourage employees to be their best

• Manage incident reports and infractions, solve conflicts, in coordination with HR

Operations

• Determine need for improvements in programs and policies to further align

people needs and business goals

• Oversee management of external team/ people network of the company and

ensure proper onboarding, compliance to policies and procedures, adherence to

growth plans

• Align/ improve the organizational design, roles and functions, with the company’s

short and long term strategies and business targets, to ensure productivity and

scalability

• Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal

requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance

• Collate, analyze, interpret, report HR analytics

• Develop a deep understanding of the industry of the company/team

• Proficiently use technology to manage, monitor, gather data, extract results, and

apply for business improvement or alignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in engagement and talent management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Creative Presentation skills

• Effective Organizational Skills and Time Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Knowledgeable in business partnering

• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
