Job Description

Recruitment Officer
I. BASIC PURPOSE
• Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of recruitment activities within
assigned area with the objective of providing qualified personnel for principal
requirements.
• Also performs other functions or participates in adhoc projects as may be assigned from
time to time.
II. ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE
Organizational Unit : Crewing
Reports to : Recruitment Manager

III. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL

▪ Provides relevant input concerning recruitment activities
within assigned area which may be necessary in the
preparation and implementation of annual departmental
plans and budget.

▪ Reviews and monitors section expenses to ensure that these
are in accordance with approved budget.

background investigation, ensuring employing qualified and

▪ Manages the pool / database of candidates ensuring

availability of applicants at any given time.
▪ Monitors use of various sourcing methods to ensure steady
supply of applicants for pooling.

• Minimum education requirement : 4 year College graduate
• Ideal education requirement : any Behavioral course graduate
• Minimum job-related experience : 2 years
• On-the-job training required : 6 months
