JOB SUMMARY

The role of a Banking Relations Officer involves submitting Daily Transaction Report to Accounting Manager
with photocopy and scanned supporting documents, formulate Daily Bank Reconciliation Report for all
CASA and weekly for all other accounts to Treasury Manager, negotiation and Acquisition of credit
line/loans from bank partners, preparation of payment plans for credits lines and loans, formulation of
Funding Requirement Plan based on approved budget, Processing of all payments for loans thru
Digibanker or check, and people management.

Bank Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong
relationships with the company's
partner banks.
o Serve as the primary point of
contact between the company
and its banking partners.
o Stay informed about the latest
banking products, services, and
industry trends.
o Negotiate and review banking
agreements, ensuring favorable
terms and conditions.

Banking Transactions:
o Oversee all banking transactions,
including deposits, withdrawals, and
fund transfers.
o Ensure compliance with banking
regulations and internal policies.
o Review and authorize electronic
payments and wire transfers.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
o Negotiate terms and conditions with
banks to secure favorable agreements.
o Review and manage contracts with
banking service providers.
Internal Process Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal departments,
such as Accounting, Accounts Payable,
and Accounts Receivable, to ensure
seamless financial operations.
o Work closely with other Treasury team
members to achieve overall
departmental objectives.
Banking Risk Management:
o Identify and assess potential risks
related to banking activities.
o Develop and implement risk mitigation
strategies.
o Stay informed about changes in
regulatory requirements and industry
best practices.

Cost Management:
o Negotiate competitive banking fees and
services.
o Analyze and optimize banking costs to
improve overall financial efficiency.

Qualification
Standards

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or related field.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years previous experience in treasury
management, banking, or finance.
At least 1 year supervisory function under Banking
Relations and Treasury department
Must have handled at least 5 or more banks with
key relationship management, credit line
facilitation, and bank account maintenance
Strong understanding of banking products, services,
and financial markets.
