Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications

Should be CPA
Should have supervisory experience in an accounting / auditing firm with exposure in due diligence and mergers & acquisitions
At least 5 years of current relevant experience
With deep understanding on IT-BPS industry (has audit experience handling BPS entities or has actual work experience in an IT-BPS firm)
With good presentation and interpersonal skills / can deal with different people in different levels of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the overall BPS profitability performance (global scope)
Coordinate and discuss with various entities on their profitability initiative, plans and achievements
Perform various FP&A activities as required by Management and provide financial reports and recommendations to Management on a regular basis; as required by the business
Assist Finance consultant to various business segments/teams and as Project Manager for various Finance Project
Assist in managing the Merger & Acquisitions projects of the organization (global scope)
Conduct due diligence audits for various M&A projects and internal reviews/projects
Handle the transition and integration of acquired entities in the company, as required
Handle adhoc deliverables for the team on an as per need basis
