Job Description

Position: Field HR Senior Analyst

Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage HR service delivery, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategic objectives.
Act as the primary connection between HR and local employees across all DTEs, serving as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations.
Design/implement local employee engagement and recognition programs, provide mobility services, and plan/deliver training, coaching, mentoring, and supervision.
Operational Framework and Planning:

Adapt, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes.
Define the operational framework for GU delivery of People Service process support based on the Business and HR Strategy.
Create and implement short-term tactical plans for SLA performance metrics and financial targets.
Program Improvement and Integration:

Provide feedback for improvement of programs, processes, and policies.
Ensure consistent, standardized, and effective service delivery within HR functions.
Collaborate with GU CoE Interlock process owners to enhance end-to-end HR delivery processes.
Ensure integration of GU People Services team with Cross Business Service Delivery and Field HR within the GU.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR Generalist and strategic Business Partnering with strong stakeholder management.
HR experience handling BPO accounts.
Excellent communication skills.
Based in Mandaluyong but open to visiting sites in Alabang, Taguig, and QC.
Hybrid work setup.
