Job Description

Position: Cash Ops Lead/Supervisor

Salary: PHP 35,000/month
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Job Overview:

Responsible for overseeing nightly cash transactions, the Cash Ops Lead/Supervisor manages a team, ensures accuracy, and collaborates with other departments. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, SAP/Oracle proficiency, and a background in Banking and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nightly processing for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
Provide leadership and training.
Organize staff for optimal performance.
Implement measures for accuracy.
Conduct regular audits.
Generate reports on nightly transactions.
Provide regular reports to management.
Enforce security measures.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Proficient in SAP/Oracle.
Banking and Finance industry experience.
