Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information in the database.
Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines.
Maintain high-quality service standards.
Stay informed about product features and updates.
Continuously improve knowledge of company offerings.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times and customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Account Receivable Experience
- With experience in using SAP/Oracle
- Relevant experience in Banking and Finance Industry
- Above Average Communication Skills
