Job Description

Corporate Communications Consultant - Taguig
Salary Range: PHP60,000 - PHP80,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for business transformational change programs, aligning with change approaches and strategies.
Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions and communicate transformation benefits across various organizational levels.
Co-create solutions, conduct stakeholder meetings for communication needs analysis, and implement robust communication strategies for new business processes.
Assist clients in enhancing their change communication capabilities and fostering agile business practices.
Plan and execute end-to-end communication campaigns, including strategic design, content writing, creative media development, and measurement.
Strategize and support change branding and communication interventions for diverse stakeholder segments using various channels and platforms.
Utilize social and digital technologies in change management, developing and executing strategies, managing communities, and curating content.
Guide and collaborate with a team of Graphic Designers to create engaging communications for different media platforms.
Apply communication analytics in project work, measuring campaigns using digital tools.
Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to thought leadership in areas like Social Listening, Cyber Security, and Intelligent Automation.
Lead or contribute to practice-building efforts, including recruiting, training, and capability development.
Support Solution Architects in identifying communication solutions for clients within larger transformation opportunities.
Collaborate within a dynamic, international team where English is the common language.
Includes some travel for client projects.
Qualifications:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Public Relations/Mass Communications.
3 to 7 years of relevant communications experience in leading global organizations.
Experience in global consulting firms in client-facing comms and strategy roles.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders in a multicultural, global environment.
Experience in planning and executing complex communication interventions in a multicultural global environment.
Understanding of social and digital media campaigns for internal and external platforms.
Worked closely with Graphic Designers for media/creatives across print, web, social, and digital platforms.
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
Bonus: Experience in ERP implementations, technology transformations, cloud-based implementations, Intelligent Automation, Shared Service setups, and Cyber Security education.
Foreign language capabilities (e.g., Arabic, Japanese, French) are an added advantage.
