Job Description
Location: Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Quality leaders to prioritize and report on key issues affecting decision accuracy.
Support all aspects of internal audit quality, ensuring timely completion and providing feedback for improvement.
Work with Team Leads and Quality Leads to enhance team performance.
Identify policy/operational guideline areas needing training, coordinating with partners for timely resolution.
Stay informed about the Client's products, community standards, and updates to Content Policy.
Mentor new Quality Analysts on audit tools and systems.
Develop process documentation and collect feedback on audit tool functionality.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Passion for accurate and empathetic 1:1 support.
Strong practical experience with Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in an unstructured environment.
