Job Description
Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with global IT counterparts and workstream product owners to develop standard processes, translating them into requirements and user stories.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide support for local teams through training, and foster product adoption.
Plan, execute, and manage deployment strategies for the HSE product, ensuring compliance with global standards while considering local nuances.
Consolidate feedback from Workplace Management Units, location leads, and Legal; coordinate with CIO Business Architects to maintain an active backlog of user stories.
Coordinate with various teams to understand and translate their business processes into requirements, driving continuous process improvement.
Work closely with the CIO to identify and resolve system-wide issues, escalating when necessary.
Develop and nurture champions across Workplace and Global Environment and Safety (GES) to support local teams.
Ensure training documentation provides necessary skills and support for teams using the HSE system.
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and Change Management to develop effective adoption strategies and communications for local teams.
Present deployment statistics, adoption metrics, status updates, and project risks to senior leadership.
Ensure the system meets ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience in workplace health, safety, and environment incident management.
Familiarity with Environment Health and Safety standards (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001).
Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances in different countries.
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in managing the rollout of global tools.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Proven team management skills and a growth mindset.
Ability to function as a team player, maintaining good working relationships while thinking and acting independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Attention to detail and willingness to adapt based on business priorities.
