Job Description

Responsibilities:

Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively to employees and consistently applied across all departments.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, ensuring adherence to due process and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations matters.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding hiring practices, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) requirements.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training on company policies and procedures.

Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and assist managers in setting performance goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding employee performance evaluation and feedback.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops on topics such as safety, diversity, and leadership development.
Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate the impact on employee performance and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular benchmarking studies to assess the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits packages.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments and incentive programs.

Labor Law Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with changes in Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring that company policies and practices remain compliant.
Interpret labor laws and provide guidance to management and employees on legal rights and obligations.
Liaise with legal counsel as needed to address complex legal issues or disputes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a thorough understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Strong knowledge of employment practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Experience working in a BPO environment is a plus.
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
