Quality Control Specialist ( Food and Beverage )

He/She is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards. He/ She is in charge of inspecting products at different phases in their development to ensure they meet a set of consistent standards. His /her duties include performing visual inspections, recording quality issues and planning processes to decrease the instance of defects in products.

Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.

Ensure that products and services produced by an organization meet the desired quality standards.
Day-to-day work involves careful inspections and the enforcement of quality standards
Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels Develop and implement standards for inspection
Develop a workflow for product inspection Develop plans for waste management
Communicate with other team members on possible solutions for deviations
Follow up with appropriate channels when deviations are found
Train staff on all inspection processes

BS Food Tech, BS Nutrition, BS Chem graduate

Minimum 2 years of experience in related field in commissary set up
A keen eye for detail with the ability to consistently identify deviations or mistakes Across inspections
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Database management
Decision-making skills
Ability to closely monitor and follow quality standards
Able to report in Taguig City on shifts
