Job Description
Audit Assistant will handle audit test procedures and monitoring functions for the CNT Group of companies and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. His/her responsibilities are as follows:
Collates and consolidates all payroll and billing files prepared and release by the Accounting Staff.
Ensures that the soft copies provided by Accounting Staff ties up with the hard copies and actual Release.
Perform test of completeness by ensuring that all employees that have been paid have corresponding billing.
Investigates discrepancies by informing Accounting staff of such case and ask explanation.
Responsible in monitoring of Discrepancy from clients and ties up with the collection.
Checks if the billing discrepancies are adjusted in payroll timely.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Graduate of 4 year course: BS Financial Management/Accountancy/Finance related courses Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
With experience in Audit Department is an advantage but not required.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices specifically in MS Excel Candidate must posses strong analytical skills, keen to details and with accuracy in typing detail
