Job Description
Salary Range: PHP 108,100 - PHP 120,000/month
Overview:
Seeking a Japanese Sales Ops Specialist to support client teams, internal operations, and functional areas. The role involves guiding Company Practitioners through internal sales processes and supporting S&PP Leadership and Business Partners in service area efforts.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage tasks with minimal supervision
Prioritize competing priorities and offer guidance
Potentially oversee a small team under supervisor guidance
Develop and execute medium complexity work plans
Engage confidently with senior leadership within the defined sphere
Contribute to operational process creation
Exhibit expertise in specific tools and processes
Understand the role of S&PP Sales Operations within the broader Company context
Additional Details:
Work Setup: Return to Office
Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong
Skills and Qualifications:
Japanese proficiency level: N2 to N1
At least 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations
With at least 3 years of proven track record experience in team management /supervisory role
Strong communication skills in English & Japanese (oral and written)
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new responsibilities swiftly
Virtual collaboration proficiency with diverse groups
Excellent teaming, collaboration, and facilitation abilities
Strong organizational, time management, and data handling skills
Proficient in following and applying processes, preferably familiar with Company Sales processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel; understanding of finance concepts in a services company
Desirable education background in Business Management
