Job Description

Zuspresso Philippines Inc. is one of the fastest growing coffee chains here in the Philippines with the vision of becoming the most competitive in the market. As we are expanding our operations, we are looking for individuals who can join our team:

Job responsibilities:
• End-to-end payroll processing, including facilitating queries and salary concerns of all employees.
• Preparation and creation of monthly and annual reports pertaining to compensation and benefits. (ie. BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, remittances, payments, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating employee records in the payroll system such as employee salary, government numbers, leave credits and other benefits and deductions and other information.
• Preparation of payroll invoices.
• Monitoring of payroll transfer to respective employee accounts.
• Responsible for liaising with government-mandated offices in submission and completion of required reports and employee benefit and other requests.
• Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational restructuring and realignment effected from time to time.
• Responsible in the proper safekeeping of documents for audit reviews and other related activities.
• Responsible in getting updates and trends in benefits and payroll administration particularly government mandated and BIR related.
• Verify and implement salary-related increases due to employee movements, performance appraisals, and merit increases.
• Provide on time reports and updates on employee benefits and payroll movements.
• Benchmark current compensation and benefit package versus competitors to maintain competitiveness of the Company's remuneration package.

Qualifications:
• Very keen to details, organized and can work under minimal supervision.
• At least 3 years of working experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Well versed in Philippine payroll and government mandated benefits.
• Has above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
