Job Description

1. Demonstrates knowledge on the principles of wash and rinse, the need to pre-scrape, load and unload table wares hygienically and safely after washing.

2. Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen utensils and equipment after each use.

3. Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor form time to time.

4. Polishes food warmers and all other banquet equipments and utensils.

5. Assists in setting up banquets, functions, outside caterings and displays.

6. Provides clean and sanitized kitchen utensils, pots, pans and all mis-en-place for the cooks’ use.

7. Stacks up clean cutleries, glass wares and all other table wares in the respective stations of the kitchen.

8. Performs related task that may be assigned by the superiors.
