Job Description
Escorting guests to their tables and assisting with seating.
Presenting menus and offering recommendations.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.
Relaying orders to the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitoring tableware for cleanliness and replacing items as needed.
Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Processing guest payments and issuing receipts.
Maintaining a clean dining area and resetting tables.
Collaborating with other staff to provide efficient service.
