Job Description

WORK SCOPE:
• Prepare design requirements for digital and print
• Create/edit videos and reels for digital platforms
• Photo and video editing
• Work closely and effectively with the different team members

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Collaborates with the Brand Associate in developing and conceptualizing design outputs
• Participates in collaborative revision and approval process until final design is approved
• Create visual content and edit graphic designs and videos for various platforms and media such as:
➢ Social cards and video/reels for social media posting
➢ Internal company materials
➢ Product Design
➢ Presentation Design (in Powerpoint, Word, or Keynote)
➢ Print Ad Design (Poster, Tarpaulin, Brochure, etc.)
• Inception and development of design concepts for different marketing campaigns and requirements
• Collaborates with different departments for design needs
2. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
● Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
● Closely coordinates with: Brand Associate, Sales Department, HR Department

REQUIREMENTS:
1. EDUCATION: Graduate of fine arts/design, advertising or relevant course
*Open to hiring undergraduates provided with at least 5 years of design experience
2. SKILLS
• 3 years design experience with exposure to both print and digital
• Must have experience in creating videos and/or reels
• Must be Adept in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects or similar platforms
• Background in designing digital products/services or various traditional financial products is an advantage

• Lean startup method (continuous iteration/revisions to find the optimal path) when preparing
artworks/videos

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Number or hours excluding lunch break: 8 hours (total of 9 hours with lunch break)
• Shift Schedule: 9AM-6PM
• Position Level: Senior Staff (with experience)
• Work schedule: 5-day work week with weekends off, hybrid setup (at least 2 days onsite -Mon & Wed)
Salary:
45.000,00 ₱ Monthly
