Senior Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Graphic Designer at SlideGenius is responsible for producing high-quality, innovative designs
that support SlideGenius's internal branding efforts. This role focuses on creating dynamic collateral that
enhances SlideGenius’s brand identity across various media types, including digital, print, and interactive
platforms. You will be involved from concept through production, working independently and
collaboratively with the internal marketing and design teams, including Art Directors, to ensure all brand
assets are consistent, on-message, and visually engaging.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the design of internal branding collateral, including but not limited to presentations,
infographics, interactive brochures, and video assets, all focused on SlideGenius’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and internal teams on conceptualization and ideation, focusing on
SlideGenius’s visual branding, typography, and layout.
• Design within Figma, including web mockups for SlideGenius’s website and interactive designs for
internal platforms, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for SlideGenius across all internal materials,
ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work on building and maintaining a comprehensive SlideGenius brand style guide, covering both
digital and print materials.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Proficiency in Figma: Strong experience working in Figma, particularly in designing web mockups
and internal assets for both web and interactive platforms.
• Illustration Skills: Strong illustration skills are a plus, providing custom assets that enrich
SlideGenius’s visual branding.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite: Expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign,
with a focus on internal brand development.
• UI/UX Design Knowledge: Required proficiency in UI/UX design, particularly in designing pages for
our website and ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Adaptability to New Software: Must be able to learn and adapt to new design tools and software
with ease.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus, particularly in designing internal presentations.
• Expertise in typography, composition, color theory, and information hierarchy, particularly in
crafting a cohesive brand identity.
• Ability to produce a broad range of collateral materials (e.g., layouts, brochures, and visual assets)
that reflect SlideGenius’s brand standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with Art Directors and internal teams to articulate design decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on
internal needs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field with equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of design experience, ideally working in branding, marketing, or other design-related
roles.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Work Setup - Full in-office work (Makati office)
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday PHT
• Shift: 6am to 3pm PHT

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to speak on the phone and/or in person.
