About the job
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team in the world of short-term rentals? Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of their growing portfolio of vacation rental properties. If you have strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot guest and property issues, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, they want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Fukien is essential.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities at our various rental properties. Ensure that property issues are addressed promptly and efficiently to maintain guest satisfaction.
Cleaning Staff Coordination: Collaborate with our cleaning staff to schedule and oversee property cleanings between guest stays.
Client and Property Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients and properties. Set up new listings within our property management software to ensure seamless operations.
Revenue Management: Work with our revenue management tool, PriceLabs, to optimize pricing strategies and maximize rental revenue
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our current operational processes and guest experiences
Property Portfolio Management: Oversee about 25+ short-term rental properties, ensuring their efficient operation and maintenance
Communication: Utilize Telegram for effective communication within the team and with clients

Other Admin Tasks:
Utilize our systems and tools to generate and compile reports on a regular basis
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in reports
Use insights from reports to make informed recommendations for property improvements or adjustments to pricing and marketing strategies
Collaborate with team members to streamline reporting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

Requirements
Previous experience in property management or the short-term rental industry is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Ability to troubleshoot various guest and property issues
Proficiency in using property management software such as google sheets and Smartsheets.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Benefits
Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you
Vacation Leaves, Sick Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard

Salary: 90,000 Basic pay
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Mondays to Saturdays
Location: Makati
