Job Description

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of 2-year college, technical, or vocational course
• Minimum of six (6) months of technical work experience involving computers or equipment
• Basic computer skills; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
• Technical knowledge on hardware and software
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Keen attention to details
• Effective time management, customer-focused attitude, orientation, and service
• Strong sense of duty and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Learns basic technical aspects of product, its applications and linkages, and the market landscape.
• Prepares for preventive maintenance (PM) per approved PM Calendar by Technical Supervisor.
• Performs annual machine preventive maintenance.
• Performs timely repair service on equipment models carried by the Company.
• Fixes known and minor machine failures and can do basic machine part replacement.
• Checks the Service Database for equipment history, attempts troubleshooting thru telephone and e-mail, diagnoses possible causes of complaint and recommends/performs corrective actions. Targets zero back-job.
• Conducts product demonstration to Customers, of some equipment models carried by the Company, together with Sales personnel.
• Conducts delivery, installation and training for some equipment models and/or software carried by the Company. Follows procedures as contained in the Checklist for Inspection, Delivery, Installation and Training.
• Provides technical support to Customers on some equipment models carried by the Company, through telephone and e-mail.
• Retrieves defective supplies from Customers for further testing and initiates warranty claims and replacements as necessary.
• Special Duty For Cebu Assigned Technical Support Representative.
• Performs other technical-related tasks that may be necessary or as assigned by Immediate Superior.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
