Job Description
1. Arrange office manpower requirements.
2. Supervise the training of Locals and maintain the quality of the work output of the locals.
3. Coordinate with legal team for compliance of labor law for locals.
4. Resolve Local work concerns with colleagues or superior, serve as the middle man or the coordinator for expat and local employees.
5. Responsible for planning of improving the processes of each team in the department.
6. Monitor all pending tasks and ensures that all tasks are timely being resolved.
7. Responsible of auditing the salary of Locals.
8. Calculates the salary of the personal manpower of 总经办
9. Provide general reports to management about the operations.
10. Manage the corresponding teams
10.1 Office steward team
10.2 Security team (through agency)
10.3 Administrative team (provide support to the supervisors)
10.4 Dorm housekeeping team
10.5 Protection agents team
