Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Controller at SosaJB Property Management Corp. The Document Controller will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with document management, documentation, project documentation, records management, and communication.

Working Hours : Mon-Thurs = 8:30am - 6:30pm; Fri - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Rate: Php. 30,000.00 - 35,000.00
Location: Makati

Qualifications
Graduate of Accounting or any related courses.
Related experience for at least 5 years
With experience as document controller
With Experience in ISO auditing is a plus.
Document Management, Documentation, Project Documentation, and Records Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Experience in property management or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
